Job Summary
This position performs a variety of food preparation activities and related tasks according to quality and safety standards in dining, retail, and/or catering venues to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental food service goals.
The position will work in a collaborative and educational environment to provide customer service and related activities in campus dining operations, following established procedures and best practices to assure high quality dining services.
The incumbent will be expected to adapt quickly and effectively to daily changes in business needs including increased & decreased guest count, menu substitutions, staffing needs, customer requests, and more.
