  • You’ll join the Delighting Customers Lab within the IP&I Colleague and Customer Service Platform, helping deliver outstanding support and experiences for our customers.
  • This role plays a key part in upholding technical accuracy, product integrity and safe customer outcomes when it comes to change delivery across the platform.

Key Requirements

  • Actuarial qualified by experience
