Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
You will be responsible for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met, while also coaching and guiding the team.
