Job Summary

  • Contribute to SFE piloting, daily Salesforce CRM administration, performance reporting, and Power BI deployment under the supervision of the AD COMOPS Manager.
  • Develop innovative Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies to improve sales effectiveness and propose and create evolving dashboards with the organization and product launches.
  • Support the deployment of the Salesforce.com CRM system and Power BI, including user/profile/sharing management, object/field creation, validation rules, and user support.
