Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in patient care and rehabilitation conferences.
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with PT Board State Practice Act and facilitate discharge planning including caregiver training and durable medical equipment recommendations.
