Job Summary

• This position will report to the ADSD communications manager and is part of Caterpillar’s Digital, Technology & Distribution segment.
• The ADSD communication team helps drive awareness, understanding, adoption and execution of Caterpillar’s strategy by advising business leaders, sharing impactful stories, crafting clear messages and building meaningful connections.
• This role owns the end-to-end dealer executive communications process—our primary channel to dealer principals—ensuring priority messages reach dealers with clarity, consistency and the right governance.
