Key Requirements
Licensed P.Eng.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering
10+ years rail infrastructure experience
5+ years track construction or management
Experience on LRT or major transit projects
Knowledge of P3/AFP delivery models
Understanding of AREMA, Transport Canada, and CSA standards
