Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical or Occupational Rehabilitation or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care software
Maintain license in good standing with state board
