Job Summary
This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, is strong technically, comfortable mentoring others, and able to step in on complex issues while helping keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will act as a senior escalation point for complex issues and assist with key initiatives including SD-WAN optimization, observability improvements, and security integrations.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams on cross-functional initiatives and perform hands-on support of network operations including troubleshooting, incident management, and issue resolution.
