The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining resident comfort and safety.
The position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
