Provide friendly reception coverage and visitor management, manage meeting room bookings, office supplies, and general workplace requests.
Conduct daily site walk-throughs to ensure clean, organized, and safe spaces, support moves, new hire onboarding, and general administrative tasks.
Assist with workplace events, communications, and employee experience initiatives, and coordinate with vendors for basic maintenance requests and service delivery.
