Job Summary

You will be mainly accountable for developing promotion systems, managing competency certification processes, leading technical onboarding, and designing technical training.
Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and provide HR support for the hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.
