  • Deeply understand the North China Pico AA market and discuss and formulate targeted quarterly business plans (regional characteristic strategies) with regional market leaders and sales management teams.
  • Build the regional AA-KOL system, manage and regularly visit KOLs and cultivate regional strategic speakers, and jointly build the AA specialized disease standardized diagnosis and treatment platform.
  • Ensure all daily sales work fully complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA and relevant anti-corruption legal provisions in mainland China.
