Mainframe development including JCL scripting
VisionPlus core modules CMS FAS TRAMS LMS VMx
COBOL programming expertise
End-to-end development lifecycle management
Financial product implementation experience
Nice-to-have

Agile or iterative development methodologies
Awareness of financial data security standards

Key Requirements
8 to 10 years VisionPlus development experience
