Contribute to product strategy by conducting competitive benchmarking of global insurtech, edtech, and AI solutions, and define/track KPIs/OKRs for critical stakeholders.
Act as the single point of contact between end users, innovation business partners, and engineering squads, ensuring high uptime and supporting scalability initiatives.
