  • You will be responsible for factory support of ground systems in operation with clients, as well as integration, non-regression validation, and cloud deployment of Data Receiving Station (DRS) PNEO business applications.
  • Your role involves providing level 1 and 2 support to users of stations worldwide, acting as a liaison with level 3 teams, and participating in the automated installation and deployment of application versions and patches.
