5+ years of engineering experience
Knowledge of plastic injection molding presses
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to lead team activities and coach
Adherence to FDA regulations and QMS

Experience with Sodick press configuration
Knowledge of silicone molding processes
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in related field
Computer skills including word processing
