Job Summary

  • The Business Process Owner acts as a liaison between the business/end-users and IT system development teams to meet business needs requiring information technology solutions.
  • You will manage the execution of business demands with a schedule for all stages, organizing information, building flows, and defining solution structures, while keeping the business involved in all phases.
  • Maintain systems in operation and provide support to all users, acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), and participate in business routines to understand processes and suggest improvements.
