Provide assessment and treatment of skin disorders and wounds under physician supervision while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any unauthorized disclosures or complaints to appropriate facility leadership.
Participate in continuing education and facility committees to stay current with dermatologic nursing skills and contribute to policy and procedural improvements.
