Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring customers fully realise the value of NICE's cloud-based Evidencentral digital evidence management platform through business process transformation.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary customer contact, driving adoption, identifying blockers, and managing upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Candidates must be able to work with minimal guidance in a distributed team environment while maintaining meticulous records and executing proactive communication strategies.

Experience with public safety information systems

Ability to travel nationally with few days notice
Existing UK police level NPPV3 vetting status
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
Key Requirements
Security check to UK police level NPPV3 and National SC vetting standards
Residency in the UK for the previous 3 years required for vetting
Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
