Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 4-8 years post-qualifying experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Experience in complex commercial transactions
Strong negotiation skills with senior client counsel
Ability to lead legal support for systems integration
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in a law firm or IT services vendor
Understanding of Singapore Government procurement
Experience in Gen/Agentic AI, SaaS or cloud transactions
Innovative mindset not constrained by typical methods
Ability to oversee and train other legal team members
Key Requirements
4-8 years post-qualifying legal experience
Singapore Bar admission required
Proven track record in transactional responsibility
Experience with outsourcing and technology transactions
