Job Summary
Manage all stocks put under his/her responsibility and monitor all goods movement; including food and beverage, stationery, other operating equipment, etc., in and out of the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded.
Ensure the Hotel’s inventories are properly safeguarded and protected against any kind of loss.
Meet the External and Internal audit target and discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.
