  • As a Clinical Resource Registered Nurse (RN), you plan, organize, coordinate, evaluate and provide guidance in implementing each patient’s plan of care.
  • Develop the plan of care in conjunction with patient, family and others, utilizing community resources and systems; collaborate with health team members to ensure a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Teach basic physical assessment skills appropriate for the patient’s chronological and developmental age; guide others in recognizing and assessing the individual cultural needs of the patient/family/significant other and in developing a comprehensive plan of care.
