Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in relationship banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management or Commercial Banking
• Proven experience originating, managing and growing High Net Worth client relationships
• Demonstrated experience working with entrepreneur, founder-led or owner-managed business clients
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments
