  • In this role you will deliver expert product and application support, resolve complex technical issues, and support internal and external stakeholders with in-depth knowledge and guidance on our low voltage products for Smart Power and Smart Buildings Canada.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or technical certifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & CRM Platforms (an asset)
  • Knowledge of product configurators (an asset)
