The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program and assist in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.

Experience with PCC software preferred
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and laws
