  • The Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and works closely with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments and customer satisfaction.
  • The role requires maintaining accurate shipping details, invoicing routines, and handling returns and claims while documenting issues in the internal quality system.
