Job Summary
Oversee all technical aspects of the space infrastructure for client, ensuring high quality work and effective change management.
Lead improvement projects, manage on-site technicians/operations staff/vendor partners, and serve as the technical subject matter expert for complex issues.
Ensure compliance to SOPs and SLAs, and work hand in hand with other service partners to deliver consistent service to Occupants and Guests.
