Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing strong relationships with Prudential’s sales organization, brokers and consultants, customers, and third-party providers to grow voluntary solutions.
  • Partner with regional Distribution segment leads and Underwriting to build business plans that will assist in the achievement of new issue, enrollment and persistency targets.
  • Offers market competitive base salaries with yearly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, pension plan, wellness programs, and education benefits.
