Fulton Hogan Industries is seeking a People & Capability Advisor in Auckland, New Zealand, who will focus on employment relations and HR activities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing disciplinary processes and a strong understanding of current employment legislation

Job Summary

  • This is a hands‑on, generalist P&C role with a strong focus on end‑to‑end Employment Relations.
  • You’ll own disciplinary and performance processes, investigations, and personal grievances, keeping us aligned with policy and current employment law, while keeping things human, fair, and pragmatic.

Key Requirements

  • Solid Employment Relations (ER) experience
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR/P&C Advisor role
  • Strong working knowledge of current employment legislation
  • Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • Great organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar (advantageous)
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence
