Job Summary
Lead the implementation of CSDM-aligned CMDB architecture across Foundational, Design, Manage Technical Services, and Sell/Consume domains.
Guide troubleshooting of complex Discovery, IRE, and data reconciliation issues and lead hands-on development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
Partner with ITOM teams to ensure end-to-end service visibility and dependency mapping, and provide CSDM training, documentation, and governance guidance.

5+ years ServiceNow Development experience
Active CIS-Data Foundations certification
Active CIS-Discovery certification
Active CIS-Service Mapping certification
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
Experience with ServiceNow integrations
Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps
Experience in design and development across full SDLC
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
