Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of engineers and engineering supervisors to support Site Operations by providing the technical expertise and innovative solutions required to sustain and optimize ongoing production, ensure site quality, drive continuous improvement projects to completion, oversee critical functional teams, and/or support the transfers of new products and new technologies into the site.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or technical discipline
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Demonstrated financial acumen
