SATA COMMHEALTH is seeking a Customer Relations Officer who will engage with internal and external customers, address queries, and promote health services. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages

Job Summary

  • Roles and Responsibilities Display and maintain required level of professionalism, courtesy and competence when interacting with internal and external customers
  • Be adequately equipped to address all queries and concerns raised by external customers
  • Perform duties allocated with upselling services /health screening packages, surveys, publicising new programmes/events and other corporate or organisation-wide initiatives
