Supervise, instruct and coordinate the activities of Security Associates, monitoring and arranging shift activities according to schedule requirements and team availability.
Ensure compliance with established rules and regulations, keeping the Safety & Security Manager informed of any noteworthy incidents or conditions.
Operate and monitor control panels, alarms and related security equipment, identifying and reporting operational problems and initiating corrective action.
