Food preparation following standard recipes
Support Head Chef in kitchen operations
Maintain HACCP standards
Operate kitchen equipment correctly
Work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of hotel occupancy and events
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Experience in Four Seasons or international five-star hotel
Working knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
