Implement building maintenance and operational programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of systems while maintaining best-in-class operations for client’s portfolio.

Key Requirements
Five years professional experience
BS/BA degree
RPA, CPM, or CFM designation preferred

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
