Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication processes and ensure resident safety.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and other facility personnel while adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Licensed Medication Aide with state approved training
High school education or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
