Nice-to-have
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years experience (12 years if no degree)
Certification in quality management (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Black Belt)
Must have direct quality engineering management experience
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
