  • We are looking for a compassionate, spiritual, and professional person to join the Pastoral Care team, working with the Facility Manager and care team to respond effectively to the diverse emotional, spiritual and religious needs of our residents, and their families.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Pastoral/Spiritual Care
  • Minimum of 2 units CPE
  • Tertiary qualifications in counselling, theology, psychology or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Catholic culture, ritual, theology, tradition, and worldview
  • National Police Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights
