Job Summary

  • This role provides business analysis capabilities on overall ServiceNow system focusing on CMDB application, working with various client teams across the enterprise and ISM process leadership as well as Developer teams to implement solutions for business partner requirements.
  • Responsibilities include supporting design, development and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data, maintaining and optimizing CMDB structure, relationships, and data accuracy, and identifying and resolving data anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CMDB management within ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and SACM
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM modules
  • Proficiency in data modeling, CI classification and relationship mapping
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • ServiceNow CMDB or ITOM certifications preferred
  • Experience in asset and configuration item identification
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes based on ITIL v4
