Job Summary
Oversee and support accurate and timely invoice generation, posting and distribution, ensuring contract bookings are properly set up in accordance with contractual terms and internal controls.
Enforce credit and collections policies to minimize risk and bad debt exposure, managing escalations related to delinquent accounts and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
Work closely with Project Management and Sales to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, serving as the key Treasury and AR point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
