  • Engaged in business development by identifying opportunities and drive the sales of Baxter's Healthcare System & Technology product portfolio to health care providers embracing a solution-selling proposition.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent preferable
  • At least 8 years’ experience managing hospital accounts
  • Solutions selling in medical devices/equipment industry
  • Ability to manage territory/region with minimal supervision
  • Experience in tender management is added advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent performance
  • Ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs
  • Ability to manage different and additional portfolios
