Job Summary

  • Coordinate facility management activities including capital improvement projects and demand/program maintenance and operations activities.
  • Oversees and directs daily maintenance and operations of bargaining unit building mechanical, MEP, HVAC, activities in compliance with state, local, environmental, safety regulations within established O&M budgets.
  • Encourages safe work practice and provide necessary formal and on-the-job training sessions and learning opportunities.
