Key Requirements
+6 years experience in social sustainability, social value, social impact, or community development
Degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Experience applying social value and social sustainability principles
Experience preparing and delivering social value plans
Experience leading performance measurement and reporting
Knowledge of ED&I policy and approach
Knowledge and experience of Social Value frameworks (e.g., TOMs)
Experience using tools to assess social value outputs
Experience writing high scoring tender responses
Experience managing and collaborating with supply chain
