Job Summary
This role serves as the delivery lead for benefits programs with a considerable U.S. focus and oversees a two-person team.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and parental leave.
The manager will partner with Legal, Compliance, and regional HR to ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across markets.
