Job Summary
The Steward/Dishwasher will work in the kitchen ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained within the food and beverage department.
Responsibilities include staging plates, assisting FOH, washing dishes and equipment, maintaining floors and walls, and managing trash.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team, and work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by events.
