Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, HR business partners, and other internal stakeholders for onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Manage and execute the end-to-end global NEO program, from yearly planning and scheduling to actual day facilitation.
Handle procurement and payment processes for L&D services, including raising purchase requests, processing invoices, and managing reimbursement claims.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Management
4 to 6 years of HR experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS
Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP Ariba or Oracle
Experience in HR Shared Services supporting APAC region
