Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, HR business partners, and other internal stakeholders for onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end global NEO program, from yearly planning and scheduling to actual day facilitation.
  • Handle procurement and payment processes for L&D services, including raising purchase requests, processing invoices, and managing reimbursement claims.

  • Experience in HR Shared Services supporting APAC region
