Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer – Off-Shift is a hands-on technical leader responsible for supporting day-to-day production and maintenance operations during non-standard hours.
This role ensures equipment reliability, drives continuous improvement, and supports safe, high-quality engine production.
The engineer will work closely with skilled trades, maintenance group leaders, controls and process engineers, and production teams, occasionally stepping in as a Maintenance Group Leader to support weekend and overtime coverage.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum Internship in Manufacturing or Engineering
Ability to work all 3 shifts and overtime

Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems
