  • This role ensures the consistency, stability, and traceability of hardware and complex systems throughout their lifecycle within Boeing's Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers division.
  • The successful candidate will manage Change Control Boards, track configuration changes, and reconcile As-Designed records against As-Built documentation.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years experience with configuration control processes
  • Experience documenting plans to meet technical requirements
  • Knowledge of Change Control Boards (CCB) management
  • Ability to maintain baselines and version histories

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Jira, CMPro, or ADO tools
  • Systems Analysis background
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration practices
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience with functional/physical configuration audits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • 2+ years experience implementing configuration control plans
  • U.S. Citizenship required for Security Clearance eligibility
  • Must be willing to relocate at own expense if not local
