Job Summary
Lead the laboratory team, including resource management and team development (15 FTE) and act as the point of contact for HV testing at Zürich-Altstetten MICAFIL.
Analyze & implement efficient production & business processes to increase safety, quality and productivity, ensuring high output through reliable high-voltage testing procedures (AC, DC, impulse, partial discharge).
Develop and monitor the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and report to operations manager.
